Emily Teresa is a freelance writer specializing in LGBTQ+ topics, accessibility in the arts, and women’s history, with a background in TV media and theatrical art production from her technical high school education. Emily has honed a whimsical, yet emotional writing style that captivates and inspires.

She is currently pursuing a degree in Creative Writing at Ringling College of Art and Design, with a concentration in screenwriting. While she continues to push her work in class, she is also writing and directing her one-act plays as an active member of the Ringling Theater Club. her work explores the experiences of growing up as a woman in America. She combines personal reflections with her love for monsters, mysteries, and historical oddities—fascinations that shaped her imagination as a child.
